Al-Kass Sport channel
Lauched in 2006 Al-Kass has emerged as one of the most popular sport channels in Arabia.
It is the official broadcaster Fifa world Cup qualifying Matches, Afc Asian Cup and Persian Gulf Cup of Nations. While re-using a large amount of motion capture data, developed and produced for the previous visual identity, the goal of this pitch was to conceive a strong and brave look that could stand among global competitors.
Planning the design process
On a first round we presented the initial concepts and ideas with a focus on target audience and the proposal’s potentials and strengths. We then proceeded in the development by adopting a more sophisticated tone of voice and visuals in order to achieve a sharp on air brand identity enhanced by a clear and limitless information graphics.
Alternatives that matter
We also provided different alternatives during the creative exploration, starting from the principle that the human element used in in different contexts and environment, had to emerge as the cornerstone for each branding proposal. A long and compelling project, which gave us the opportunity to deepen and truly understand arab world features and needs.
