The 2012–13 tournament had the highest TV ratings to date, drawing 360 million television viewers. It is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world and the most prestigious club competition in European football, played by the national league champions of the strongest UEFA national associations.

Celebrating performances

As part of the event broadcast coverage, Aljazeera tapped Dreambox studio to provide the creative directions for the identity of their newly scheduled OSPs. The concepts underpin the UCL brand identity elevating athletes to a new stage, otherwise celebrating their sacrifice and top level performances. Furthermore, the goal of this creativity was to allow the viewers to be able to live the pace of the game and experience an access-all-areas insight of their favourite team.
